This year the Annual Meeting is going to be held at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne in Florida.
General Overview
- Arrivals will take place on either Monday (2/10) or Tuesday (2/11).
- Activities will take place on Tuesday (2/11), and some on Wednesday (2/12).
- Meetings will take place on Wednesday (2/12).
- Thursday (2/13) will be the departure day.
Another form will be sent out to sign up for optional activities.
All room registration forms need to be completed by January 6th, 2020. No changes can be made after this point. As a reminder, PRO*ACT covers your hotel stay as part of the Platinum Sponsorship.
