2018 Mid Year Meeting Hotel & Events Registration

We are excited to announce the plans for our upcoming Mid Year Meeting happening from July 25th – July 29th. Below is an overview of the week’s activities.

Wednesday, July 25th, we will have our Executive Committee Meeting.

Thursday, July 26th, all Member Designated Directors are asked to attend the breakfast and closed session board meeting all day.

Thursday night we will host our Welcome Reception and Dinner at The Beach & Tennis Club at Pebble Beach. All Member & Distributor Partner personnel are welcome to join us.

On Friday, July 27th, all Members and Distributor Directors are expected to attend the breakfast and board meeting all day.

On Friday we will also, arrange for field tours with Key Growers for anyone on your team that may be interested in participating. Please make sure to sign up below!

Friday night we will host our annual Supplier Appreciation BBQ from 5:30pm-8:30pm at our office located at 40 Ragsdale Dr. in Monterey.

Saturday and Sunday will be the PMA Conference and Expo. For a complete schedule of PMA events, please visit http://www.pma.com to register directly with PMA.

All reservations must be submitted by June 4th. Any changes to reservations after June 15th may incur additional fees.
