This year the Annual Meeting is going to be held at the Kimpton Seafire Resort in the Cayman Islands. General arrival is on Monday, February 12th (the E.C. Meeting will be held that day). Monday night we will hold a meet and greet cocktail reception for those that arrive in time but dinner will be on your own. The Welcome Reception will instead be hosted on Tuesday. The annual board meeting will be on February 13th, 14th and 15th, with a modified meeting schedule to allow for more time to enjoy the island. All are free to travel home Friday, February 16th.
Pre and Post stays are at the same rate, but subject to availability. There are a limited number of Jr. Suites and 1 Bedroom Suites available as well and will be assigned on a first come first served basis. Another form will be sent out to sign up for optional activities.
All room registration forms need to be completed by December 8, 2017. Some changes to reservations will be accepted until January 11th.
