PRO*ACT Announces New Client Services Directors

PRO*ACT, a leading fresh produce supplier to the foodservice industry, announced today two new additions to its Client Service Sales Team. Casey Jarrard has accepted the post of Client Services Director and Darren Springer has been named to the newly created position of Director of Client Service Systems.

Casey Jarrard is based out of Atlanta and primarily covers the Eastern region for the company’s national sales accounts. He comes to PRO*ACT from Direct Advantage where he was most recently the Director of National Accounts. His career includes previous positions as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for McEntire Produce and Director of National Accounts for Performance Food Group.

Darren Springer will be based out of Dallas and work closely with the company’s current and future customers to drive information initiatives that support the end users in the management of their produce programs. He comes to the company from Muir Copper Canyon, a PRO*ACT distribution company in Salt Lake City, UT, where he was most recently the Sales Director. Darren held many positions of increasing responsibility with Muir in his 10 year tenure and has a well established understanding of product specifications, operational issues, and food safety programs.

Headquartered in Monterey, California, PRO*ACT’s distributor roster includes the nation’s leading produce specialists. Sales are managed by the company’s Client Services group that includes regional offices in Dallas, Atlanta, and Denver.
