Weather Update

A cut-off low pressure system slowly slides down the California coast the latter part of the week bringing cooler temperatures a coastal marine layer and a chance of showers into the weekend. These cut-off systems are wildly unpredictable as to precipitation and this system could also bring isolated thunderstorms and hail as it slowly moves through California. High pressure builds late in the weekend with much warmer temperatures out west next week.
Baja and Northern Mexico will see a cool down and breezy conditions with a slight chance of showers as the system finally moves east late this week.
Central Mexico will see increased moisture from the Gulf under near average temperatures and showers likely in the afternoons.
A strong cold front moves through Florida today with cooler temperatures winds, rain and thunderstorms in the forecast as it moves south down the state today. High pressure brings a warming trend and dry conditions late this week into next week.
