FRESH*NEWS – PRO*ACT Introduces New Quarterly E-Newsletter

PRO*ACT, America’s Produce Specialist, has introduced a quarterly e-newsletter designed to keep foodservice operators in the know about fresh produce issues and opportunities. In addition to communicating important news about PRO*ACT programs and services, FRESH*NEWS is designed to be an important source of information on produce safety and traceability, storage, handling and menu ideas.

The inaugural issue of FRESH*NEWS includes:
