Charlie’s Produce SQF Certification Announcement

Charlie’s Produce food processing divisions located in Seattle, Washington and Anchorage, Alaska received the Certification of Safe Quality Food (SQF) 2000 Level 2. The SQF Program is one of the world’s leading food safety and quality management systems and provides independent certification that a processor’s food safety and quality management system complies with both domestic and international food safety regulations. This certification is achieved when a company demonstrates exceptional food safety practices. The program provides assurance to customers that the products have been produced, processed, prepared and handled according to the highest possible standards.

Both Charlie’s Produce food processing operations produce a wide variety of fresh cut fruit, vegetables, and prepared salads for retail grocery stores and foodservice operators throughout the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and Canada.
